This Tabi varietal is a newer hybrud, developed in 2002. It's a cross of Bourbon, Typica and Timor varieties. Tabi means "good" in the Guambiano dialect. Makes sense - this washed process coffee shows off bright, yellow fruit tartness balanced with delicious dark chocolate sweetness.
